Deposits

Customers without credit terms are required to place deposits. Orders estimated less than $100 require a credit card (MC, Visa, Discover) to guarantee the payment. 50% deposit is required for orders estimated greater than $100.

Copyright Policy

We reserve the right to refuse to produce work determined to be in the violation of copyright laws.

Tax Exempt

Customers providing tax exempt documentation prior to printing will be given tax exempt status. The appropriate State Tax forms must submitted at the time the order is placed. No exceptions apply.

File Storage

NER stores digital information as a courtesy. We do not charge for the service. In the event information is lost through our negligence or by other fault, digital storage is without warranty or liability and recovery of any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

Standard Production Time

Production time is dependent on the type and quantity of your work. NER will do it’s best to meet your request. If there is a required completion date, please confirm this with NER while placing your order.

Rush Orders

NER has standard turn around times for various services. Customer requests which will require expedited processing of the order may incur an upcharge on the specific product being rushed. Your authorization will be required prior to starting the project.

Proof

A signed proof of a sample copy which is made for examination or correction by the customer must be signed off prior to printing of materials. Proofs are provided for the verification of correctness of the designed material which has been designed by either the customer or NER. By approving a proof via email from a PDF or printed hard copy, you indicate the size, layout and all copy is correct and ready for production.

No Proof / Print As-Is

If you choose to not view a proof or print as-is, your file will be sent directly to press. Select this option only if you are 100% sure the artwork is print ready.

We recommend viewing an electronic proof or hard copy (when available). If there are any issues with your artwork, it will NOT be put on hold and will be printed AS IS.

By declining a proof or printing as-is, you release New England Reprographics from being liable for any reprint, discount or refund if the job is not completed to your satisfaction due to bad artwork.

Common File Issues

  • Low resolution images
  • No bleeds (or not enough)
  • Text or important graphics outside the safe zone
  • Transparency related issues
  • Missing fonts or images
  • Color shifting due to incorrect color space
  • Document size issues
  • Poorly aligned graphics in relation to folding

Returns – Exchanges

Supply

Proof of purchase and original supply packaging required. Special Orders must be returned within ten business days from date of receipt. 25% restocking fee and reshipping charges will apply.

Printing

Custom Printing concerns shall be brought to the attention of NER within five business days upon the receipt of printed materials. Refunds are made by company check or credit card.
